BLV has highly trained, skilled and experienced R&D team and a testing laboratory with latest technology from Satake of Japan. We ensure that the end product we offer is of the highest quality. We have the processing plants conforming to international standards. Our rice factory in Ferozepur is one of the largest plants in Punjab. It is a mega project approved by Government of Punjab.

Our manufacturing and processing infrastructure encompasses mills, processing unit, quality testing labs and a huge warehousing facility that is spread over a vast area. Our mill's infrastructure includes 22 acres of land and a storage capacity of 1,50,000 metric tons in 56 acres. All our warehouses are fully covered and weather proof. Our paddy drying capacity is 130 metric tons.

BLV have ten Silos attached with the dryers for the safe storage of paddy. In addition, our plants are equipped with machines like pre-cleaners, de-stoners, sizers, graders, paddy separator, de-huskers etc. We are a fully vertically integrated organization, encompassing operations like polishing, sorting, packing, branding, distribution & retailing.
